ECLIPSE: Solar Yoga Class In-Person
Bring the fiery qualities of the sun in your body, with this active yoga class. Through dynamic bending and twisting, you'll leave feeling alert, determined, and motivated. Attendees must bring a yoga mat and at least two blankets (for your comfort!). Prior yoga experienced is strongly encouraged for this class.
Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
All registrants will receive one pair of Eclipse Glasses at the conclusion of the program. You must stay for the entirety of the program.
