Achy Joint Relief In-Person

Our joints cause us pain as we age, and this practice is specifically designed to safely stress and stretch the tight muscle and tissue in your body. We do this by using props, coming to a mildly uncomfortable stretch, and remaining in it for a few minutes. You'll feel longer, comfy, and calmer. This class will require being on the floor, there will be no chair modifications; please bring a yoga mat and 2 blankets. 

Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
