Low Back Relief In-Person

Are you tired of low back pain? This class will strengthen your abdominals and back muscles, which helps alleviate low back pain and discomfort. Side effects may include improved -- posture, balance and ease, confidence, energy, and digestion.

Class will be a mixture of poses in the chair and on the floor. Please bring a yoga mat and two blankets.

Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
