Aging Gracefully: Neck & Shoulder Relief In-Person

Today we will look at habitual patterns that create pain, tension, and lack of mobility in the neck, shoulders and upper back. You will practice simple poses to provide relief and mobility. Poses will be done in chair and on your back; Please bring a yoga mat and 1 blanket.

 

Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
