Medication Safety and Other Drug-Related Risks for Older Adults In-Person
Join us to learn more about medication safety strategies and risks. The class will provide multiple resources available for you to take home including medication lock boxes & lock bags, fact sheets, and much more! Understand the signs and symptoms of medication misuse, alcohol misuse, as well as both short and long-term health effects. We will explore why older adults are often at greater risk for misuse as well as the potential consequences - especially if misuse has not been identified.
