Yoga for Better Balance In-Person

A yoga class that will strengthen your legs, ankles, and feet, and help you to feel more patient and focused -- all which bolsters balance! You'll learn tips and tricks for balance, and move through different balance poses. Majority of class will be done standing; please bring a yoga mat and two blankets.
 

Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
