Aging Gracefully: Yoga & Lymph for Dry Skin In-Person

Learn lymphatic massage to reduce puffiness, and enhance hydration, then move into a yoga class that supports lymphatic drainage, with Yin yoga mixed in. Both practices encourage hydration of your tissues. Yoga will be done seated, standing, and on the floor; please bring a yoga mat and 2 blankets. This class pairs well with our upcoming class on Feb 11 - Essential Oils: Revitalize Dry Skin!

Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
