Job Search Strategies In-Person
Are you looking for a new position or just starting out, hoping to find a job in your field of interest? Are you feeling overwhelmed by where to begin? In this workshop, participants will learn about the most effective strategies for finding job openings, and explore how using a multi-faceted approach is the best approach for finding jobs. We will walk through the top job search methods including job boards, social media sites, and professional association sites. We will also cover general networking, how internal referrals work, how to navigate online applications and more! You’ll walk away with job search techniques, resources, and information that will help you plan and take your next steps in your job search!
