Travelogue: Painting in the South of France: An Artist's Holiday In-Person

Join Fairport Public Library staffer and fine artist, Lori Capron Galan, on her painting adventure in the South of France. She will discuss painting outdoors - en plein air - and the weeklong workshop where she spent time capturing the amazing landscapes in oil, feasting on local food and wine, and studying with one of her favorite contemporary artists. Her trip ended with a brief stay in Paris that included a museum visit, a trip to Monet's home, and more painting. Come check out her plein air set-up and experience an artist's holiday.
